Refunds or exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please provide details (including photos) if an instance like this happened. We will review the photos and verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Due to COVID-19 no refunds are permitted.
If you purchased your item at a store or spa, please take note that each store has its own return policy.
Shipping and Handling
DIALUXE Aesthetics will ship the ordered products within 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed. If your products have not arrived within the delivery time frame, please check your tracking details in your confirmation email. Please take note that DIALUXE Aesthetics Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We kindly advise the customer to contact and reach out to the shipping carrier with any questions or concerns that they may have in relation to the delivery of his/her's package. Any possible duties, taxes or custom clearance depending on your country is the customers responsibiliy. Please take note that we are unable to expedite international orders as they must clear the recieving customer's country clearance department before being transferred to a local postal carrier service.

If you would like to use a promo code please make note that it cannot be used on past purchases. These are promo codes that are available for online purchases. Please take note that it is one promo code per order.
